The high-rise waistband hits right at my natural waist and doesn't roll down during squats or lunges, which is exactly what I needed. The smooth fabric feels snug but never restrictive, and they've held their shape after several washes so far.

Waistband stays put through burpees and lunges without digging in, and the capri length hits at just the right spot on my calves. I've worn them for a few sweaty spin classes and they've held their shape nicely, no sagging by the end.
