The twist in the middle is such a nice detail—it actually gives the top a flattering shape without feeling tight. The black fabric stayed put through my whole lifting session and I felt confident the entire time.

The twist detail is what sold me, and it does a great job of adding some shape without feeling restrictive during squats. I’ve worn it a few times now and it stays put, though I do wish the fabric were a touch thicker for cooler mornings in the gym.
